Have you seen a baby or young child with eczema lately?

Researchers from UWA would appreciate your help with recruiting consumers for a paediatric eczema community conversation. Dr Sandra Salter from UWA Pharmacy is leading the project on paediatric eczema in collaboration with A/Prof Richard Loh and Dr Roland Brand from Perth Children's Hospital, Allergy and Anaphylaxis Australia and the National Allergy Strategy.

The aim of the project is to develop a pharmacy model of care for paediatric eczema patients in Western Australia. The model will provide the foundation for an expanded pharmacist role in eczema management in children and how pharmacists can support patients through collaboration with other health professionals.

If you know a parent of a child 0-6 years with eczema, please encourage them to register their interest to attend Eczema and your child: How can your pharmacist help? Community Conversation on Tuesday 2 November 6-8pm at EZone Central (UWA) Crawley. There is even a small payment as a thank you for those that join the conversation!
